Corporate Developments
As previously announced, Mike Townsend retired from the Board on 30th June 2009 and has been
succeeded as Chairman by Bill Whiteley from 1st July 2009. Also, Mike Gibbin joined the Board
from 1st May, replacing Alan Black who retired.
