Customer value proposition
Our Spirax Sarco and Watson-Marlow businesses are anchored on the philosophy of understanding the detail of our customers’ processes and applying properly engineered solutions to overcome their unique process challenges and improve operational efficiency and sustainability. From our customers’ perspective, we deliver three core areas of value: energy and water savings; process improvements; and regulatory compliance.
We employ over 1,600 local sales and service engineers worldwide, who are widely recognised by our customers as offering unrivalled expertise. We extensively train our customer facing employees in our state-of-the-art training centres, most of which are equipped with live steam or pumping installations, ensuring that our people have the expertise needed to solve our customers’ process challenges. These centres are also used to train our customers' technical and maintenance staff.
We meet the needs of our customers by innovating and manufacturing high quality products; advising our customers on the most effective application of these products; designing bespoke engineering packages; arranging installation of our engineered solutions; and helping our customers to maintain and replace our installed equipment to ensure optimum efficiency in their industrial systems.
Shareholder value proposition
Our prime financial objective is to provide enhanced value to shareholders through consistent growth in earnings and dividends per share; we have delivered 50 years of dividend progress.
