For over 50 years Watson-Marlow has been a trusted supplier of engineering expertise across a range of industries and over one million of our pumps are now installed worldwide. Our pumps are ideally suited for a wide variety of applications from biotechnology and pharmaceutical processes that demand sterility and precision, to highly corrosive slurries typically seen in precious metal processing.

Ten established brands​

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group encompasses ten distinct brands which, combined, deliver a suite of fluid technology solutions to the Biotechnology, Food & Beverage, Chemical process, Mining and Environmental sectors.

Watson-Marlow Pumps: peristaltic tube pumps, including the new Qdos pumps, frequently negate the need for ancillaries, boost productivity and cut chemical waste, via more accurate, linear and repeatable metering than conventional solenoid or stepper-driven diaphragm metering pumps.

Watson-Marlow Tubing​: precision tubing, including Pumpsil platinum-cured silicone, plays a key role in biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Tubing manufactured in our ISO 14644-1 Class 7 clean room provides absolute traceability with laser-etched part number, lot number and use-by date.​

Flexicon Liquid Filling: aseptic filling and capping systems for use in demanding contamination-free pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostic applications. Designed for small to medium sized batch production, Flexicon's systems provide filling accuracy of ±0.5%. A wide range of volumes from 0.5ml to 250ml can be filled, while changeover between batches or different liquids takes less than 60 seconds.
 
Bredel Hose Pumps: heavy-duty hose pumps which are self-priming and dry running, with no internal valves. Hose pumps improve processes by eliminating troublesome and costly ancillary items like anti-siphon valves, back-pressure valves, degassing valves or run-dry protection, in high viscosity sludge handling and abrasive fluid duties.

MasoSine Process Pumps: sinusoidal pumps designed specifically for the Food industry. The pumps feature a sinusoidal rotor that produces powerful suction with low shear and low pulsation to safely transfer delicate products without risk of degradation. Furthermore, the highly efficient working principle of MasoSine pumps means they can contribute to energy savings and a reduction in CO2.

Alitea: pumpheads and panel-mount drives for OEM customers, equipment and machinery manufacturers who need to bring products to market faster and with less engineering cost. Genuine "fit and forget" solutions providing long and predictable service life.

BioPure: single-use tubing connector systems for Biotechnology customers. There is clear synergy and a significant growth opportunity presented by bringing together BioPure's product range and Watson-Marlow's products to meet the needs of the rapidly growing single-use Biotechnology market.

Asepco: high purity valves and magnetic mixers for the Biotechnology industry.

 Flow Smart: high purity sanitary gaskets, silicone transfer tubing and reinforced silicone hoses for the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical industries.​
 
Aflex: PTFE-lined flexible hoses for the Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Automotive industries, for use within the most demanding applications, ensuring the highest levels of chemical resistance, superior flexibility and sterility.
